Job Description

This position is for Citymax Ras Al Khaimah.

Job Purpose
Primary responsibility of the role is to ensure all guest rooms assigned are clean, comfortable and hygienic.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure cleaning of the rooms are done as per the standards set for the hotel.
  • Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Update and record all cleaned rooms with time in and time out accurately.
  • Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
  • Report necessary maintenance items
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Other duties as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor / Executive Housekeeper


Knowledge, Skills & Experience


Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

Job Experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Housekeeping as a room attendant in a hotel /resort.



  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Speak, Read and Write English.
  • Physically able to do the housekeeping activities.
