This position is for Citymax Ras Al Khaimah.
Primary responsibility of the role is to ensure all guest rooms assigned are clean, comfortable and hygienic.
- Ensure cleaning of the rooms are done as per the standards set for the hotel.
- Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Update and record all cleaned rooms with time in and time out accurately.
- Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office
- Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor / Executive Housekeeper
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Housekeeping as a room attendant in a hotel /resort.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Speak, Read and Write English.
- Physically able to do the housekeeping activities.
