Job Description

Primary Duties

  • Strategize Execute, a robust sustainable, end to end supply chain for all product categories for allMaisons in the MEIA region
  • Ensure that the necessary legal Group’s compliance is met with at all times during transportation and clearance of goods at all destinations
  • Ensure that all the Distribution centres (Internal External) are performing in line with the contractual obligations and group principles
  • Ensure that inventory integrity is maintained across supply chain
  • Ensure that the departmental budget for all aspects of supply chain is respected across the MEIA region
  • Constantly evolve the supply chain by being preferred partner with all govt entities across the MEIA region


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Maisons for all supply chain topics by developing strong, proactive and collaborative working relationships
  • Build a mechanism to be constantly aware of changes in rules regulations withing the region to ensure uninterrupted flow of our products to the end client
  • Build, manage, and motivate the Logistics team to meet and exceed organization and departmental goals and objectives
  • Define and monitor relevant metrics, ROI, and KPIs to proactively diagnose and address the operational performance and needs
  • Systematically look at opportunities to digitalize logistics processes by leveraging the latest thinking as well as the latest technology
  • Develop and implement short and long range programs and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness, professional development, and overall management and performance of internal external employees
  • Cultivate a culture in the team, where respect to environment and CSR responsibility is a habit

Key Criteria

  • Graduate School with engineering degree
  • Post graduate in supply chain / international logistics (or significant and proven experience in supply chain/logistics)
  • Minimum 8 years in international environment / Supply Chain
  • Extensive Logistics management
  • Logistics project management
  • Logistics distribution environment
