The role holder is responsible for adhering to Julphar’s policies and regulations. Running Julphar’s facilities, performing various cleaning and completing assigned tasks with specified time. You will be responsible for performing all tasks according to SOPs, and safety standards. Cleaning and sanitizing assigned area of responsibility/ department, dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors and cleaning windows. Ultimately, a high performing cleaner should be physically fit and able to work under supervision.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Adherence to Julphar’s policies and regulations.
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around Julphar’s facilities.
- Perform all duties according to SOPs, and safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize assigned area of responsibility/ department, dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors and cleaning windows
- Record cleaning as per SOPs following good documentation practices.
- Responsible to clean and sanitize area and equipment according to SOP and cGMP.
- Liaise with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
- Set up stocks, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
- Notify Manager of deficiencies or repairs required.
- Keep materials and area clean and organized.
- Clean offices, meeting rooms, cafeteria, by Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various places in and around Julphar’s facilities.
- Restocking dispensers, emptying trash cans, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets. Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
- Preform any other work assigned by manager and support colleagues whenever necessary to ensure optimal service.
- Education: Below Matric /Matric.
- Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in the same field.

- Ability to manage own task on time under supervisor, and commitment.
- Good physical outlook with excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supply.
- Basic Command in English (Communicating, writing and speaking) is mandatory. & Arabic is a plus.
